NEWS LETTER PM2019 => Annulation PLAZA HOTEL.

Dears Tangueros/as,
The registration has started with so great responses - but at the same time we have learned that we have an uncertainty regarding the place of the event :
We knew already that the PLAZA hotel had to renovate - partially - its structures during winter - without affecting however our dates of event (ballroom and number of rooms) as validated by the hotel.
Now in parallel to the registration we received an email of the management of the hotel (direction) and we have just learnt that PLAZA hotel decided to close completely the hotel for big renovation work at November 1st, 2018 without clear date of the end. They can not assure us any more of a safe date of reopening.
As a consequence to the importance concerning the logistics of all our dancers (reservations hotels, transport plane etc.) with our hearts heavy and full of sadness we are obliged to cancel Pasionaria Milonguero 2019 in the PLAZA hotel.
In the meantime we will try to find another place in Nice with the same dates and similar conditions. If you can we would be happy if you kept your calendars blocked for the date of Pasionaria at another place for another 4 weeks. Please also delay booking of flights and hotels yet as we do not know yet wether we will find another place. We will come back to you within a few weeks (deadline 15/11/18) with an update whether we found another place or not.
We will still leave the registration open for now - but we will only confirm by the end of october we have news for a new place - or we will have to cancel completely if we are not successful in finding a new place.
We will inform you by another NEWS LETTER (private email) on how we move forward before 15/11/2018.

L'enregistrement a commencé avec de merveilleuses réponses - mais en même temps nous avons appris que nous avons une incertitude quant à l'endroit de l’événement :
Nous savions déjà que l'hôtel PLAZA devait rénover - partiellement - ses structures pendant l'hiver sans affecter cependant nos dates d'événement (salle de danse et un certain nombre de chambres disponibles) après vérification & validation auprès du Service Commercial de l'hôtel.
Parallèlement à l’ouverture des enregistrements nous avons reçu un courrier électronique de la direction de toute dernière minute, nous annonçant que le PLAZA hôtel (groupe) a décidé de fermer - complètement - l’hôtel pour de grands travaux de rénovation du 1er novembre 2018 sans précision de date de fin. Désormais ils ne peuvent plus nous valider une date sûre de réouverture (4 à 6 mois de travaux).
En conséquence et selon l’importance concernant la logistique de tous nos danseurs (réservations hôtels, transports avion etc.). Le coeur lourd et plein de tristesse nous nous voyons contraints d’annuler la Pasionaria Milonguera 2019 au sein du PLAZA HOTEL.
Nous essayons d’être réactifs et commençons à rechercher rapidement un nouvel endroit sur Nice correspondant aux mêmes dates et avec les mêmes exigences qualitatives de réception (salle de danse & chambres). Nous serions très heureux si vous pouviez garder bloquées dans vos calendriers les dates de la Pasionaria Milonguera 2019 et ce jusqu'au 15/11/2018. Egalement s’il vous plait, retardez temporairement l’enregistrement de vos avions & hôtels tant que nous ne sommes pas sûrs du nouveau lieu.
Nous n’irons pas au-delà de ce délai du 15/11/2018 afin de maintenir accessibles et possibles les low-cost quant aux révervations (prix bas des logements & transports). Nous laissons pour le moment l'enregistrement ouvert et confirmerons le plus rapidement possible selon que nous sommes arrivés à trouver un nouveau lieu - ou si nous devons stopper complètement l'édition faute de salle & qualité.
Nous vous enverrons le résultat de nos recherches par une NEWS LETTER (email privé) avant le 15/11/2018.

Le iscrizioni hanno cominciato con molto successo – ma nel frattempo abbiamo ricevuto un’informazione e abbiamo un incertezza riguardo al luogo dell’evento :
Sapevamo già che l’albergo PLAZA aveva previsto di rinnovare parzialmente le sue strutture quest’invero. Senza nessun impatto ovviamente sul nostro evento (sala danza e camere disponibili) e con conferma da parte dal loro Servizio Commerciale.
Unitamente all’apertura delle iscrizioni, abbiamo ricevuto una e-mail dell’ultimo minuto da parte dalla Direzione del PLAZA, informandoci che il gruppo PLAZA ha deciso di chiudere - completamente - l’albergo per grandi opere di rinnovamento dal 1° novembre 2018 senza data di fine precisa (4 a 6 mesi di lavori). E non possono più assicurarci la disponibilità della struttura.
Di conseguenza, e visto l’importanza della logistica di tutti i nostri ballerini (prenotazione alberghi, aerei e altri mezzi di trasporto), a malincuore e con grande tristezza ci vediamo costretti di annullare la Pasionaria Milonguera 2019 i 15, 16 e 17 Marzo 2019, al PLAZA HOTEL.
Stiamo cercando si essere riattivi e cominciamo a cercare rapidamente un nuovo posto a Nizza con le stesse date e stessi requisiti qualitativi. Saremmo molto lieti se poteste mantenere nei Vostri calendari le date della Pasionaria Milonguera 2019 fino al 15/11/2018.
Vi preghiamo anche, possibilmente, di posticipare la prenotazione dei voli, alberghi e trasporti finché non siamo sicuri del luogo.
Non andremo oltre il 15/11/2018 per mantenere disponibili le prenotazioni low-cost (prezzi bassi per alberghi e trasporto). Lasciamo per ora le iscrizioni aperte e vi informeremo al più presto se un luogo è stato trovato, oppure se dobbiamo annullare completamente l’edizione.
